2022

• Issued three-year domestic first, domestic second and domestic third secured convertible corporate bonds on March 25, totaling NT$1.6 billion.

• After the term of the original board of directors expires, after re-election by the shareholders' meeting, the directors elected Mr. Chen, Chi-Tai, the representative of Baijiayuan Co., Ltd., as the chairman of the board.

• On November 22, 14,388,700 new shares were issued by capital increase from surplus, and the paid-in capital amounted to RMB 3,021,627,000.

2021

• On October 15th, the seven-year 2021 first guaranteed ordinary corporate bond was issued at NT$3 billion.

2020

• Subsidiary Chun Bang Trading Co., Ltd. was transformed from a trading business to a mold manufacturing industry, and changed its name to Chun Bang Precision Co.,Ltd.

2019

• Chun Yu Group reinvested in the organizational structure of its investment business. Chun Yu Company repurchased the remaining shares of Chun Bang Precision Co.,Ltd. and SUNNY CITY INTERNATIONAL LIMITED from Chunbang Company, obtaining 100% of the shares.

• In December, the company held the 70th anniversary celebration and the inauguration ceremony of the Chun Yu Memorial Hall. With the theme of "Resurrection of the Lion, Meaningful Centennial", the two visions of "world-class architectural fastener manufacturer" and "world-class high-end fastener manufacturer" are realized, and vowed to move forward into a century-old enterprise.

2018

• Due to operational planning considerations, the Group sold 100% equity of Chun Yu (Anshan) Hardware Products Co., Ltd. in December 2018.

2017

• Obtained the certificate of TUV wind power structure high-strength bolts (M24~M36).

2016

• Obtained the new patent of "Heating Effect Teeth Rolling Forming Machine".

• The directors of the shareholders' meeting were re-elected, and nine directors (including three independent directors) were elected, and Mr. Lin Huizheng, the representative of Taiwan Steel Group, was elected as the chairman of the board, and an audit committee was set up.

• Chun Zhan Co.,Ltd., Fudin Technology Co., Ltd. and Qiao Mao Investment Company merged and changed their name to Chunyu Investment Co., Ltd.

• The company's original registered address: No. 1, Jiaxing Road, Gangshan District, Kaohsiung City. Since April 5, 2013, it has moved to No. 100, Dabao Street, Gangshan District, Kaohsiung City.

• The directors and supervisors of the shareholders' meeting were re-elected, and the directors were mutually recommended. Mr. Lin Huizheng, the representative of KINGS Asset Management, served as the chairman.

• The company's high-strength bolt and nut assembly products have obtained the German TUV Rheinland EU Construction Directive CE product verification certificate, and the shear nail products have obtained the Taiwan German TUV Rheinland European Union Construction Directive CE product verification

• Imported a set of "Continuous Radiant Tube Type Wire Spheroidizing Heat Treatment Furnace" from Japan to produce a variety of high-quality spheroidizing annealed steel wire rods that meet international standards.

• The Okayama Plant was completed, including five major projects including spheroidization, wire drawing, pickling, waste water and waste gas treatment, and packaging.

• Chairman Li Chunyu unfortunately passed away due to overwork. In October, Mr. Li Chuntang succeeded as chairman.
